1. Indoor rooms, not as regular motor hotels where rooms are in the street with all the noise.

2. I was able to open the window and was on a quiet side so there was not much noise - this helped cool the room & reduce the odor.

3. Staff were good we were given the choice of location for our room, facing Lombard St being noisy or a back room facing a wall (no noise), we choose a back room so slept well.

4. We had a room on Lombard street side of hotel and the noise at night was continuous from the traffic, so I would probobly ask for a room away from there if we visited again.

6. Unfortunately our rooms had the ice-mashine between, which made a lot of noise from people fetching ice-cubes (often).

9. The downside of the sleeping was that it is very noisy, lots of street noise on 2nd floor, and an air-conditioner that kept cutting in and out all night.
