2. I requested and got a king smoking room, desk staff was quite helpful, housekeepers were very nice, danish/croissants, coffee and oj are the breakfast - totally acceptable.

3. The only minor niggles we had were that we had to keep asking housekeeping for extra towels and toilet paper daily - with 3 in the room, they kept leaving two towels and not replenishing the toiletries and bathroom supplies, and the breakfast could have had some lower sugar options.
