5. Hotel is in an excellent central location for all the top shops and restaurants and right beside the cable car route,staff were friendly and helpful all together a good experience I would highly recommend this hotel.

6. On arrival at hotel all requests placed by travel agent at time at time of booking had been met, (high floor and frontal room location),also a nice touch of a complimentary bottle of champagne and birthday card.
