1. One amenity that I didn't realize was the complimentary gym membership at Club One just a block away.

2. There is also free passes to the excellent Square One gym on nearby Mason, the whole city of course is world class, and there is always something to do there.

3. Staff is friendly and helpful; breakfast price is reasonable for a hotel and was good; free coffee,tea and cookies; hotel is relatively clean; complimentary use of gym around the corner (they don't appear to advertise this, but if you ask, they will tell; good bed with nice sheets.

4. Highlights include: nice, clean rooms with LCD TV's, free Wi-Fi, room safe, ceiling fan over the bed, complimentary gym access to Club One (a block away) and close by sundry items easily available from Walgreens and 7-Eleven.

6. It's maybe 100m from union square, you have nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking, access to a gym thats pretty good.

8. The gym was a nice bonus, as it was close and the staff there treated me like I was one of their members, getting to participate in group excercise classes as well as have full access to the rest of the workout equipment and the pool.

10. And when I got to the gym, the guy at the front desk said that guests need to bring a piece of ID with them - something the lady at the front desk didn't mention (luckily the staff at the gym are very nice, so I was able to slip through).
