1. They supply free printing/internet service downtown and they also have free water, fruit and cucumber water in the basement.

2. very close to sears towers , like 4 blocks, it is very automatic hotel you do your own check in and check out in machines, AND IF YOU DO NOT FEEL ABLE, they will help youbring credit card, they will charge all the amount plus deposit once into those machines give free water in bottles, nice internet room in the basement.

4. I recently stayed at the Central Loop hotel for a conference in Chicago and though my fellow attendees ayed 2-3 times what I did, my hotel had better amenities(free wireless internet, gym) and service than theirs.
