There's a self service laundry, self service purified water bottles, and even a 'guest service closet' in the halls with many common requests - extra blankets, towels, irons, etc. I imagine many calls to the front desk are answered with 'here's how to help yourself', as mine was when I wanted an iron.

8. The location is great, they offer many amenities including laundry, maid, computer, exercise equipment, etc. But it is not a luxury hotel by any means, and I can't even imagine trying to fit a family into these rooms.
