5. Things that I think should be in the room upon check in like extra pillows (there were only 2 in the room) and an iron/ironing board (this IS a 'business' hotel) were stored in a 'guest request closet' on each floor.

6. Two things I especially appreciated were the piollowtop bed with extra pillows, and the water station which provided refillable water bottles and fresh filtered water.
