4. We did not complain due to exhaustion, and the initmidating attitude of reception, but when on returning at 4pm after sightseeing the next day our room still had not received housekeeping, we requested an upgrade as there was a sign in the foyer advising of availability.

5. Our only complaint was the room was a little warm, so we turned the air up for a few hours, and when we returned a few hours later, housekeeping had turned it off.
