1. One thing to note if you are a swimmer is that the pool (although very nice) is pretty crowded with the families and kids, so don't expect to do laps in the pool.

4. The Spa area is very nice, and comfortable - the staff there is great, and the indoor pool is great, but can get a bit kid heavy at times (was the pool in Home Alone, so it is a kid magnet)We have stayed in all of the leading hotels in Chicago, and they are all pretty good.

6. The pool and spa area is beautiful and well-equipt with a large changing/locker room, sauna, hot-tub, work-out area, etc.There is a mall below the hotel that houses great shopping.
