2. Plus, the rooms were recently renovated and the kitchenette is perfect for saving money on food (cooking your own breakfast, heating up leftovers etc.).

5. Internet access should be free for the amount of money they charge for a room, but this wasn't an issue for me as my cell phone can create wifi hotspots.

7. I don't think for the money there is a better option in New York where you get such a large comfortable room which also has a small kitchenette which is very useful for keeping drinks / preparing snacks / breakfast.
