1. Unfortunately, with the bigger demand, the service really dropped off - it was incredibly slow, and to top it off, our food orders arrived wrong, creating an even longer wait for the correct orders.

4. After I ran down 2 blocks and they stopped following me I downloaded a phone application that allowed me to follow a dot to my destination2) Uncaring staff - after I got back to the hotel I told them about my experience due to their misdirection and gave them the correct directions.
