The staff at the front desk and in the bar and lobby were super friendly and helpful - from Ken who kindly humored our desire for another room (we ended up going back to our initial room) to Stefani, who like the others, gave us a number of helpful DC tips as well as really taking care of us and our friends when we had a small get-together in the hotel bar.
