The Good:- Location was fantastic, close to Metro and Circulator, and in a great neighborhood- Helpful, friendly and approachable staff- Very reasonable rate with AAA- Rooms were spotless- Free and fast wifi if you sign up for Kimpton's rewards programThe Not-so-good (these are minor quibbles, but sometimes the devil is in the details)- At $12, the continental breakfast was overpriced, routine and understocked.
