1. I got no problem for getting free wifi password from reception although my colleagues complaint thet were not alowed to access free wifi at lobby eventhough with valid id and room key.

4. Parking does cost, as does internet access (I find that shameful for a $500 per night hotel room, when a $50 per night room includes free internet).

5. Our only grumble is that wifi in this Intercontiental Hotel (most others are free) is not free, despite having to pay over 300 USD per night, and being Ambassador members.

6. As Ambassador members, we had a free upgrade to a larger room (with two enormous and comfortable beds) on the 7th floor, and given complimentary fruit baskets and drinking waters (daily basis).

7. As I am an Priority Club Ambassador once a year I get a free weekend night stay so one of my 2 nights was free saving me over $350.

10. Yes, they're on the tacky side not offering free wi-fi or even free internet in the business center when I'm already paying $400 a night (it cheapens their brand to nickle & dime you that way).
