1. Perhaps the side lobby is a bit small and I have seen where others don't care for it being open to the lobby but while I was there, the lobby was not very busy or loud and I was seated off in a corner, anyway.

2. The front desk clerk when I checked out didn't really seem to care when he asked how my stay was and when I hesitated in answering, then muttered, 'Well, it was okay, I guess,' he just handed me my bill & didn't ask how they could have made it better or anything.

6. If you're traveling with kids or just trying to save some money on food, be VERY careful with the mini-bar-it's not meant to be used as a mini-fridge so anything that gets moved around you'll get charged for (we were warned about this), but you can reserve a mini-refrigerator to use.

7. We pulled up to the hotel and were instantly taken care of, the bags unloaded, our car valeted and bags whisked to our rooms.
