1. Service: Very good and responsive to most special requests.

2. Conference facilities were nice -- only complaint was the temperature got cold, but I'm sure it's a challenge to maintain comfortable temperatures in SW Arizona and the conference staff were very responsive to requests to adjust thermostat.
