4. Several times over the course of the weekend, I had to call to ask for things I'd forgotten, which I saw they would provide in the guest information - silly things like a comb, and sewing kit, etc.

7. A needed rennovation will help it compete with newer - but more corporate and farther out - properties like Starr Pass and Dove Mountain.

10. ) The resort is spread out; I enjoyed walking around the property between buildings but someone who has difficulty walking up and down hills may not like this (although they do have an abundance of staff with golf carts to take you around).
