1. I was coming from the east coast, and was up very early, and the restaurant was just so charming, and the staff - despite the early hour - was so friendly, and willing to accommodate any request.

5. Noticed trash (pizza box and ciggarrett butts were still over flowing from the previous day - what no trash pick up?Finally, the pool only allows four wrist bands and I had to coax the manager for another to accommodate my family of five, suppose that is my one Platinum perk.

6. My partner is disabled and uses a wheelchair and a cane, and the Westin always makes whatever special accommodations are possible so he can get around more easily.
