1. My request to this hotel and others is to put all fees such as 'resort fees' and 'parking fees' and so forth into the room rate, and give the guest all of your best service for a price that is known up front.

2. We enjoyed the Sat nite stargazing with faculty from nearby Univ of AZ, fed the huge Koi everyday, had some fabulous cocktails, gobbled up the guacamole (best I've ever had) enjoyed live dance band Sat night, Flying V restaurant delivered a superb meal & view, I could go on and on.
