1. We had to leave the hotel at about 7pm and there was a creepy guy in the parking garage and the night attendent told us that he would send his security to check it out right away and he thanked us.

2. There were only three cars in the entire garage when we were there, and make sure you park as close as possible to the elevator and in the lights because the garage is not secure.

4. Since I traveled by myself I loved the valet parking, their employees were so kind & efficient, and it gave me security in a strange town.

7. Attractive lobby, very inexpensive rate, convenient to walk all over downtown Spokane, secure overnight parking in garage, valet parking, restaurant.

8. Maids must have unplugged TV, coffee maker and lamps during vacuum and not plugged back in, TV was not working, no channels were available, only ordered movies, partying was happening until the morning hours, security did not make sure that the partying stopped.
