1. All in all, this hotel reminded me of a budget hotel in Eastern Europe--an acceptable place to stay at a low price, but don't expect everything to work.

2. Staff was useless - completely helpless, drinking alcohol openly at the front desk, ironically blowing their nose while `serving` customers, the list goes on --- not to mention the housecleaning staff who apparently thought snot and opened mouthwash was more than acceptable.

3. Overall, if you can get a clean room and want to stay downtown, this is an acceptable option for the right price.
