1. You get what you pay for, but it would have been nice to know that, 1) We heard partying and yelling from the street, and possibly from the lounge downstairs, until about 2:30 in the morning; 2) They say that the parking lot is full, but one customer walked down there and found that there were plenty of spaces - you then had to pay $5 - $10 to park elsewhere; 3) The elevator was broken, which was not something a 7 month pregnant woman with a broken foot wanted to hear considering our room was on the 6th floor; 4) Our neighbors came home about 1:00 am and spent about an hour outside our door rehashing the evening, knocking on our door, yelling, singing.

3. Our room was furnished nicely enough, although the electrical outlet at the desk only had two prongs so I had to plug my laptop in by the nightstand.

9. The bar off the lobby - which had been nicely renovated- was wild and crazy till the wee hours and had police interventions both nights after a bar fight which we heard in full detail from our room.
