1. Now, the much lengthier good news: the room is overall quite roomy with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the staff is incredibly helpful from desk clerks to maintenance (Charlie is great) to housekeeping, breakfast in the morning is phenomenal (yes, they have waffles, too.
