6. Now, the much lengthier good news: the room is overall quite roomy with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the staff is incredibly helpful from desk clerks to maintenance (Charlie is great) to housekeeping, breakfast in the morning is phenomenal (yes, they have waffles, too.

7. First, the bad news: the hair dryer is a little high to reach from a chair, and the roll-in showers have an absolutely impossible reach from the stool (requiring a bit of an acrobatic act) as well as no place to keep the shower head when using from a lower level.
