6. The couch was stained and worn too, the bedspreads stained, the air conditioning unit had seen better days, and crumbs and sticky stuff on and around the microwave and refrigerator.

7. I was able to find a better rate on a different website rather than Ramada's website, filled out a claim against their Best Rate Guarantee and was rewarded with a free night's stay.
