But I have to say I have ended up back there each time more by default than desire: if you want to stay in the prime position right opposite the beach and within walking distance of Stearn's Wharf, the Harbour and downtown (the latter a brisk but pleasant 25-minute to half hour walk), the half dozen motels/hotels are all overpriced and this seems to be as good as any but definitely not without its faults and problems.

7. The position of the hotel is fabulous, it's well maintained, pretty and they serve a super breakfast included in the room fee.

8. I imagine that all people that wrote positive reviews were in the main building and all the negative reviews came from where I had been staying.

9. Of the few positives, I will say the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, the rooms had free dsl, the location is convenient and on the water, and they have free parking.
