Checked in with expensive $600 retail value when new (was about 15 years old at this time) Coach brand all-leather carry-on bag, which was found missing when I went to pack upon departure, ckecked out with no assistance from hotelSince the room was locked entire time we were out of it and the bag didn't have legs and couldn't walk out of the room, only possible explanation was it was stolen by hotel staff with room access.
