3. That's not to say that the facility's smaller size made a whit of difference - in retrospect it was preferable - but I think the management would be doing themselves a favor by taking care to avoid photos that exaggerate, or even seem to.

5. Who cares if the lobby is pleasant if your room is extremely unkempt and outdated? We walked into a sink with hairs left from (hopefully) the previous visitor, a shower that trickles water onto a floor layered with mildew and an uncomfortable and dirty bed.
