Very good to poor service, depending on which server you got - hotel is pretty old; reminded us of the Travelodge type motels of the past - SB does not seem to have very high temperatures but we still like a cool room; the AC was an old fashioned unit installed in the wall; cooling was minimal and it was pretty noisy when on - the pool, while large, was not heated; the hot tub was nice though - bed was uncomfortable; both my wife and I woke up with stiff necks and backs.
