7. We were not told this until after we arrived, sure would have been nice for them to have it on the web page ad that the shuttle is only available certain times of the year.

8. While this is a nice service, it makes for a lengthy wait for the riders in lines at the other end, and they hotel only runs 2 shuttles to and from MCRD.

It was a bit late one day for zoo pickup so be sure not to rely on it if you're on a tight sight-seeing schedule as I believe priority is given to airport trips- I disliked that smoking was allowed in the pool area- I thought it would be nice if there were recycling boxes in the room for bottles and paper.
