1. Was a little leary at first as had read some bad reviews - but it fell into the price range and convenience I was looking for and was close to the parking facility I would be using for the cruise.

2. The hotel is located nearby so many things that were convenient like restaurants, Walgreen's was next door, the post office was just down the road, the bus/trolley station is less than a mile walking distance away with bus stops even closer.

7. There are a lot of places to eat nearby which is convenient, but there are also a number of "adults only" nightclubs.
