4. this would not have concerned me except that on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, they have a locals pool party with entrance allowed to the neighborhood for a fee (I hope)and in the hope they will buy drinks from the bar,(they do).

5. Only, their idea of preservation seems to be that they`ve never actually renovated anything except the facade and pool.
