1. I called again the following morning 3 times, again, She said she'll have the Housekeeping take care of it but never heard from her.

5. The electrical was questionable, iron burns on the carpet, paint peeling, door drafts, completely disgusting bathroom fixtures (as in didn't look clean or taken care of), the pool was orange from mold in it, and the entire property looked pretty much in need of a complete tear down.

7. The front desk tried to gloss over the fact the renovations were obviously not finished, and seemed to care very little about it.
