1. The staff was very friendly and helpful a recommending places to eat, shows or exhibits not to miss and scheduling the free hotel shuttle to the parks and airport.

5. This gap is also present under the front door which doesn't help in keeping any hallway noise out so I take a towel from the bathroom and block the gap up when it's time to hit the sack.

6. Gym was open late - we went around 10:30 and all the basics were there for a nice workout We ran into a security guy on the way to the gym and he was very helpful and we felt very safe.
