2. Overall, I have to rate this as poor because it is by far the worst Four Points I've stayed at and because cleanliness should be any hotel's top priority.

3. My primary complaint is room cleanliness -- the bathroom, furniture, and who knows what else were unclean (hairs of previous guests, for instance).
