5. This was not cool, however maintenance did show up fast and cleaned it up, then supposedly snaked the drain while I was out that day.

7. close to major freeways and local shops (Walmart, Fry's, etc), fast food store nearby the site and close to the sharp hospital and Convoy street (tons of Asian - Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese food and market place).
