1. The room was lovely, not very big but nicely decorated clean and fresh.

3. Yes, it looks like a super bargain if you go by big number you see on travel sites or the W site (I got rates for $100/night), but once you add in the 'extras' - parking, internet, one meal or a drink (also known as necessities for most people) - the actual rate is twice that.
