The service and accommodations at the W are top notch - I have stayed at this hotel since June and every visit has been an incredible experience - kudos goes out to Spiro, Susie, and the rest of their staff - in particular These are just a few of the great people that work there - Patrick, Mia, Adriana, and Goleta - that's just to mention a few - they know what it takes to go the extra mile - again, excellent people excellent customer service.
