1. We see Susanna every year when we come down, and she too is always so kind and cheerful and welcoming, and always treats us with outstanding and exceptional customer service.

7. This establishment markets sleeping comfort and we were not diasppointed except that I would have stayed longer had we known we would find such a place in a busy city at such a reasonable price.
