1. The Shuttle drivers were very helpful and generous and shared a lot of great info about San Diego and it's surroundings.

5. The general Manager and our Sales Director Courtney did everything to make the entire team feel welcome.

6. There is a generic cafe at each of the hotels in "hotel circle" and a super expensive convenience/liquor store nearby, but we really wanted more dining options or a grocery store and were completely disappointed.

7. Desk employees were generally a little more abrupt than we had experienced in our prior hotels on this trip, however they did handle everything efficiently and we were impressed with how they dealt with a huge influx of guests coming off a cruise ship.
