1. Room is not too big but just right.

2. The room was big, had a decent desk at which I got much work done, also had a small round table surrounded by two cushioned chairs, had a relatively new refrigerator and microwave, and all of it worked.

3. The free shuttle to the pier was a big plus as well as free shuttle to/from the airport (although both times we arrived late at night after the shuttle had stopped running) When we take our next cruise out of San Diego you bet we will be staying here again.

6. Like I said- I've never been motivated to write a complaint- I think it's ok to ask for something politely that would make a big difference in pouring rain- but I didn't act insulting about the question-- and I felt they went out of their way to be difficult and insulting.

7. I called them at 7am on a Saturday (presumably a time when the shuttle wasn't probably too busy)- it was POURING rain actually- and I just called to 'inquire' if there were anyway that the shuttle could come around to the back- about 100 feet- but given my suit + suitcase etc it would have made a big difference given the rain.
