2. Although not a fancy hotel, we found the staff friendly, the room clean, the kitchenette small but adequate, the wifi usable, and the pool small but good enough for a quick swim.

3. We're not talking a hotel that is ultra fancy but it's affordable, clean, comfortable (the beds are great), the rooms are large, the breakfast is comparable to most chain hotel breakfasts, it is very well located for exploring San Diego and we would definitely stay there again.
