1. The lounge area again was very well appointed, containing the sofa/bed, (acceptably comfortable) according to daughter, and very easy to set up/ put away.

3. Minimal downside might be the 6$ extra for parking per day, but this is announced, nad is fully acceptable given the overall very competitive price that we got for the hotel through expedia.
