1. I did not like that the bathroom door had a spring hinge that made it swing shut and the bathroom had no fan or window so no circulation.

3. Although we are Starwood 'Preferred Guests' we did not feel like we had received any kind of special service - in fact it seemed on occasions that we were made to feel an inconvenience to some of the staff.

4. All I did was call to ask how much the parking fee was for overnight, and the woman kept saying 'Can I have your name?' 'Which room would you like?' She was so desperate to get my information that she FLAT OUT REFUSED to answer my question.
