9. Don't distress - I called the hotel and they fixed it immediately and emailed me a corrected statement within 30 minutes with their apologies.

10. The only problems I had was the remote control battery dying and the internet not working after the 3rd day, but the staff people I spoke with to correct these problems were more than courteous and very prompt and professional.
