3. The room was decent, the bathtub had a leak so we heard an annoying drip all night, no shower caps were provided, the shower needed the tiles clean, the sliding door to the bathroom had yellow stains on the bathroom side of it.

7. This probably isn't better/worse than other hotels, but you can't open the windows (which need a thorough cleaning, by the way) or run the fan for background noise.
