1. The cleaning personnel forgot to replace many towels (hand towels or the floor mat would not be there the next day), as well as mouthwash (appeared once in 5 days), body wash (twice).

The other obvious misses were horrible tasting in room coffee, only two glasses that were not cleaned over night, pages in the hotel book were torn out and haphazardly thrown back in out of order, no breakfast room service menu, a laundry tag with no bag to put in, and the emergency evacuation map was torn off the back of the door and missing.

8. We had a few other requests and needs (new cable for internet--old one didn't work, room needed to be cleaned--we were out all day to come back to unmade beds, etc.
