6. It is clear that the hotel had upgraded certain aspects of the room like the bedding and TV's, but the room remained in poor condition with a hole in the ceiling and a myriad of un-dusted surfaces everywhere, together with mold in the bathroom and a noticeable lack of any decent lighting.
