4. First the positives: the pool and basketball courts were nice and welcomed by my family; the free laundry facilities were nice to have after a week on the road (and surprisingly available); the location is convenient to attractions in La Jolla, Del Mar and north San Diego and not too inconvenient to downtown (although lacking in any real San Diego 'flavor').
