7. The hotel is easy to find, plenty of parking - the outside of the hotel looks very smart and modern, the reception was not quite so smart - but still very presentable including the large lounge, dining area.

9. Breakfast provided each day was great - hot and continental, plenty to choose from - also a free dinner 3 nights in the week, which was also very good - although not much choice, it was still plentiful which made our stay very good value for money.

10. plenty of room for the young kids to spread out and the kitchenette (no oven) with full-size fridge was perfect for our needs.
